Foster desire for products through face-to-face marketing

Marss Japan is an expert in "face-to-face" communication. By conducting demonstrations and sampling to visitors, it will foster an understanding of the product. Among recommending products and offering samples, it is important to have a staff that understands the consumers perspective, and foster an understanding and interest towards products through a face-to-face approach.

Recommending / tasting / sampling

We conduct demonstrations of products to consumers, whether it be how to use a daily item or how to use a certain item in a recipe. Demonstrations are especially effective in affecting purchasing behavior, by having the consumer experience the product.

In-Store Sampling

This is a direct targeted approach to foster consumer understanding towards "unknown" products, such as new or strategic products. Face-to-face distribution of free samples allows employees the chance to explain the product properly, and spreading widespread awareness of the product.

Create "fans" by spreading the product beyond the store front

Out of store marketing such as distributing samples in events or on the street, increases places consumers can experience the product. For street marketing, it is important to select optimal time and place to reach a large number of potential consumers. For event marketing, the products are carefully merchandised for optimal appearance and large foot traffic.

Street sampling

Street sampling involves explaining the product to targeted consumers and having them sample the product. If strategically marketed to customers correctly, you can expect positive word of mouth benefits after handing out samples.

Event support

We will handle all operations related to exhibitions/trade shows/booths, from planning to operation management. Along side employing passionate event staff, we will also employ professional directors, companions, and MCs to ensure consumers are left with an unforgettable "sampling experience".
