As a result, Marss Japan has established a network of staff starting with Taiwan and Vietnam. We are able to support our clients with our excellent staff by matching them with the our clients visiting foreigners. Through our training program, we have many qualified foreign staff who are able to satisfy our clients language and skill needs.
When we first started this service in 2012 we had 32 bilingual staff members, now in 2018 we have over 500 staff members who are meeting the ever increasing needs of our clients. We offer uniquely Japanese "hospitality" to foreign visitors through our bilingual staff who assist with sales and interpretation in various channels such as airport duty-free stores, department stores, drug stores and GMS across the country.
In addition, for customers who are considering to expand overseas, we also offer to provide clients with local staff to aid business development to promote marketing activities.
